RUN FOR DAV Celebration

To commemorate the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, DAV Public School, CCL Rajrappa, organized a mini marathon titled 'Run for DAV'. Dr. S.K. Sharma, Principal of DAV Rajrappa and Assistant Regional Officer of Jharkhand Zone D, stated that this initiative was undertaken under the guidance of Dr. V. Singh, Director of DAV C.M.C. The event was formally inaugurated by Chandraprakash Choudhary, Member of Parliament from Giridih district. The Principal extended a warm welcome to the guest. The 'Run for DAV' event is aimed to promote the values of World Peace Day, Goodwill Day, Service, Health, and Non-Violence Day. The 'Run for Fun' category comprised competitions of 2, 5, 10, and 21 kilometers, with enthusiastic participation from DAV Rajrappa students. This initiative underscores the school's commitment to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among its students.
